1. Welcome to Healtho
1.1. Introduction
Welcome to Healtho, Inc. (“Healtho,” “we,” “our,” “us”). The following terms and conditions (hereinafter “Terms of Service”) form a legally binding agreement between you (“you,” “your,” “User”) and Healtho regarding your use of our platform, services, and offerings. Healtho operates a subscription-based lifestyle health micro-insurance service that provides access to preventive wellness packages, medical treatment plans, BNPL (Buy Now, Pay Later) services, micro-medical loans, virtual branded cards for healthcare payments, and discounts on a variety of health and wellness services.
1.2. Platform Access
Healtho services are accessible via our web app, WhatsApp bot, and mobile applications (collectively, “Healtho Platform”). The Healtho Platform allows users to purchase health-related packages, access wellness services (including gyms, therapies, and more), and utilize branded virtual cards for medical transactions with cashback offers. By using the Healtho Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.
1.3. No Medical Advice
Please note that Healtho does not provide medical diagnoses, consultations, or advice. For any concerns about your health, always consult a licensed healthcare provider. Healtho services are designed to complement, not replace, professional medical advice.
1.4. User Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Healtho Platform. By accessing or using the platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
2. Agreement to Terms
2.1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Healtho’s services, you consent to these Terms & continued use of Healtho signifies automatic acceptance of the Terms of Service.
2.2. Updates to Terms
Healtho reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via the Healtho Platform, and your continued use of the platform signifies acceptance of the updated Terms.
3. User Accounts
3.1. Registration
To access our services, you may be required to create an account with a valid email and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities under your account.
3.2. Third-Party Access
Healtho may allow account sign-in via third-party platforms (e.g., Facebook, Google). By connecting your Healtho account to a third-party account, you grant us access to certain data from that third-party account, as governed by both the third-party’s terms and our privacy policy.

7. Prohibited Use

Use the platform for unlawful purposes or activities.
Circumvent, disable, or interfere with any security-related features of the Healtho Platform.
Copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Healtho Platform without our express consent.
Use false information or impersonate another individual when creating an account.
8. Termination
8.1. Termination by User
You may terminate your use of the Healtho Platform at any time by canceling your account or subscription through your account settings.
8.2. Termination by Healtho
Healtho reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, with or without cause, including for any violation of these Terms.
9. Limitation of Liability Healtho shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform, including loss of data, profits, or use of the service.
